Who It Is For
Built Around One Person: You
The most personal format we offer, and the fastest way to progress.
Complete Beginners
If you have never trained, this is the safest start. The coach teaches technique from zero, scales everything to your level and there is nobody around to feel judged by.
Specific Goals
Weight loss, strength, a wedding, a comeback after a break. When the goal is concrete, a program built only for that goal beats any generic routine.
People Done With Plateaus
You train but nothing changes. A coach who watches every rep finds what a mirror cannot: the technique leaks and missing progression.
Purpose & Approach
What 1-on-1 Training Is Really For
The purpose of 1-on-1 training is simple: remove every reason results do not happen. No guessing what to do, no form mistakes nobody corrects, no program that ignores your body and your calendar. One professional owns your progress with you.
The assumption behind it is that most people do not fail from lack of effort, they fail from lack of structure and feedback. So the coach supplies both: a plan matched to your goal, honest tracking, and adjustments the moment life or your body changes.
The principles behind it:
- A written program that follows your goal, not a template
- Form corrected in the moment, before bad habits set in
- Progress measured session to session, in numbers not vibes
- Full privacy: one client on the floor, one coach beside you
What to Expect
What a 1-on-1 Session Looks Like
1
Planned Before You Arrive
Your coach writes the session in advance based on your plan and your last workout. You walk in and start, no improvising.
2
Coached Rep by Rep
Form first, always. The coach adjusts weights, tempo and exercises live, so the work stays hard but safe.
3
Tracked and Progressed
Each session builds on the last. When something gets easy, the plan moves forward, which is exactly how results happen.
What You Get Out of It
What Changes When Training Gets Personal
Faster Results
Every minute of the session works toward your goal. Nothing generic, nothing wasted, which is why 1-on-1 clients progress fastest.
Safer Training
A coach who watches every rep catches technique errors before they become injuries. Especially valuable when starting or returning.
Real Accountability
A booked session with a coach who expects you beats motivation every time. Consistency stops being a willpower question.
Confidence That Transfers
You learn how to train, not just follow along. That knowledge stays with you in any gym for the rest of your life.
Which Format Fits You
1-on-1 or a Shared Format?
Choose 1-on-1 when the goal matters enough to want the whole hour for yourself: fastest feedback, full privacy and a program with zero compromises. It is the format our coaches use for the biggest transformations on this site.
Training with a spouse or friend cuts the cost per person while keeping the coaching personal. That is the partner (2-on-1) format and the semi-private (3-on-1) format below.

FAQ
Good Questions, Straight Answers
Is 1-on-1 training good for beginners?
Yes, it is the best format for beginners. You learn proper technique from day one with nobody watching but your coach, and every exercise is scaled to your level.
How often should I train with a coach?
Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week and the plan covers what to do in between. Your coach recommends a frequency for your goal at the free consultation .
Do I always work with the same coach?
Yes. You are matched with one coach who runs your program, tracks your progress and knows your history. If you ever want a change, tell us.
What is the difference between 1-on-1 and personal weight training?
1-on-1 is the format: private coaching for any goal. If your goal is specifically barbell and dumbbell strength, see personal weight training , which is 1-on-1 coaching focused on the weights.
