Can I just drop in for a workout or a class?

No, and that is on purpose. Tone Up 2 is a private, appointment-based personal training studio, not an open gym. Every client starts with a free consultation so we can build a plan around your goals, and class spots are reserved in advance because groups are small and coached. The result is a studio with no crowds and a plan that actually works.

How do I book a session or join a class?

By phone. Call (773) 551-9550 and we will schedule your free consultation. After that, your personal training sessions and class times are set with your coach around your weekly schedule.

How much does personal training cost in Chicago?

It depends on the format you choose and how often you train. 1-on-1, partner, and semi-private training are each priced differently, so instead of quoting one number we start every client with a free consultation. You tell us your goals and schedule, we recommend a plan, and you get the exact details before you commit to anything. Call (773) 551-9550 to set it up.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this the right place for me?

Yes. Most of our clients did not walk in as athletes. Your plan starts with an assessment, so you begin at your level, and a personal trainer guides every rep from day one. Beginners are the reason the consultation exists.

Where are you located and is there parking?

Do you work with clients outside of Chicago?

Yes. Many of our personal training clients come from the Northwest Side and nearby suburbs: Norridge, Harwood Heights, Park Ridge, Rosemont, Schiller Park and more. See our service area pages for directions from your town.

What are your hours?

We train clients Monday to Sunday, 6 AM – 10 PM, by appointment. Early morning and evening slots are the most popular, so call ahead to reserve yours.
