How Pricing Works
Individual Plans, Clear Numbers
You never buy blind. Before you commit to anything, you know your exact rate, your schedule and your plan.
1
Free Consultation
We talk about your goals, health history and weekly schedule, then show you the studio. It costs nothing and there is no obligation.
2
Your Recommendation
A coach recommends the format and weekly frequency that actually fit your goal, and you get the exact price for that plan on the spot.
3
You Decide
Take the numbers home if you want. When you are ready, we schedule your sessions around your week and you start training.
The Numbers
What a Session Costs
The 1-on-1 rate is public. The rest depends on the format you choose and how often you train, so we quote it person by person at the consultation.

Straight Talk
Why We Price Person by Person
A two-day-a-week strength plan and a four-day-a-week weight loss plan are different products, with different coaching time behind them. Publishing one big price table would either overcharge half the people reading it or mislead the other half. So we do it the honest way: the 1-on-1 hourly rate is public, and everything built on top of it is quoted for your exact plan, in person, before you pay anything.
We also do not sell day passes or open gym memberships. Tone Up 2 Fitness is a private studio: every person training here is on a coached plan, which is exactly why the studio never feels like a crowded gym.
If you want the exact number for your goal, the fastest route is one visit. Book a free consultation and leave with your plan and your price.
Pricing FAQ
Questions People Ask About Cost
How much does personal training cost at Tone Up 2?
1-on-1 personal training is $85 per one hour session. Partner, semi-private, online and class plans depend on format and weekly frequency, so you get those numbers at the free consultation, before you commit to anything.
Do you sell gym memberships or day passes?
No. This is a private, appointment-based training studio, not an open gym. Every client trains on a coached plan with reserved session times.
Can two people split the cost of a session?
Yes. Partner training puts two of you with one coach in the same session, and you share the cost. It is a popular choice for spouses and friends. See partner training for details.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. You talk goals with a coach, tour the studio and get a plan recommendation with exact pricing. There is no charge and no obligation to sign up.
Which format gives the lowest price per session?
Shared formats cost less per person than 1-on-1: partner training splits one session between two people, and semi-private spreads coaching across a group of max 3. Classes are the most budget-friendly way to train with us. The right answer still depends on your goal, which is what the consultation is for.
