Dominika received new food plan from her trainer and started strength training three times a week. Biggest struggle was adjusting late night shift eating schedule and sleep. After first 3 months of training she lost 24 lbs and build significant amount of muscle mass. She improved almost every aspect of her health form higher levels of energy to lean and strong body.
