You can grab a few of your friends to form your own group, or we can match you up with some of our other members if you want to make new friends! Come sweat and socialize with us in a small group fitness training session!

ONLINE FITNESS TRAINING

If you find it difficult to make it to the gym or would prefer a more socially distanced workout, then our online training program is for you! We will work with you one on one via video conferencing to customize a workout program using the fitness equipment you have available to you in your home. No fitness equipment? No problem! We can get pretty creative when it comes to repurposing ordinary household items like chairs, canned goods, or jugs of water to incorporate them into a fun and challenging workout you can do in the comfort of your home!
